About The Position
Spring Mill Pointe is looking for a full-time LPN. Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." The role ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. The LPN would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
- New grads are welcome!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the nursing needs of residents.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
- Help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners.
- Keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
