About The Position
This position involves providing care under the supervision of an RN on site. The LPN will work with CNAs in the Long Term Care (LTC) and Rehab units. Responsibilities include assisting residents with hand feeding and tube feeding as needed. The shift is variable, with a preference for evenings, and the role is structured as 4x10 hour shifts, 5 days a week, totaling 40 hours per week. The contract length is 8 weeks. The facility accepts religious/medical exemptions for COVID vaccination.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team with multiple nurses and management support.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with American Data ECS charting system is a plus.
- Preferably RN can be LPN if necessary.
