About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated LPN to join our team, offering a career focused on growth and teamwork. As an LPN, you will provide direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and long-term care nursing center. Requirements
- Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required.
- Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required.
- Active CPR Certification.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Valid State licensure as an LPN
- Current CPR certification.
- Participates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of resident’s protected health information.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and state and federal law.

- Appropriate LPN supervisory training as per state requirement.
Responsibilities
