Edisto Post-Acute, a 113-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their growing team. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for residents
