We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives.

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• PointClickCare (PCC) software experience
• Minimum 6 Mos. experience in Skilled Nursing (current or recent)
• Current CPR certification

Nice To Haves

• Current/prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive nursing care that reflects our Philosophy of Person-Directed Care

• Coordinate assignments with care partners to ensure excellent resident care
• Support and hold team members accountable for quality care and resident satisfaction
