About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one overnight care for high-tech pediatric clients (Trach/Vent) in their homes. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide focused, individualized care. Training is provided for those without pediatric trach/vent experience. BAYADA was founded on the principle that healthcare is better when clients receive care in their preferred environment – their home.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR in good standing.
• Availability for 8 or 12-hour shifts.
• Availability for 3rd shift.
• Ability to work PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one overnight care for high-tech pediatric clients.
• Travel to client homes near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders, including execution and documentation.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home.
