About The Position

This part-time opportunity offers 24 hours per week with a 5 day/week schedule providing care on our OTP outpatient program. The Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) LPNs are primarily responsible for dispensing medication to patients in this outpatient clinic. The OTP provides medication-assisted treatment for individuals diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder. Nursing staff work as part of an interdisciplinary team including physicians and credentialed therapists. New Vista North Outpatient Recovery Center is our outpatient treatment facility that focuses specifically on drug addiction issues. Our opioid recovery center fosters a culture of healing and community in which individuals feel empowered to seek a new life of sobriety and mental wellness. The Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program uses evidence-based approaches to teach effective coping skills that will help patients lead a drug-free lifestyle and minimize the chances of relapse. Admission to the outpatient drug and alcohol addiction treatment program is based on presenting symptoms, willingness to follow program requirements and an apparent need for treatment. After an assessment, all patients receive an individualized treatment plan that meets their specific needs. Requirements

  • Current Indiana license as an LPN/LVN required.
  • Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing, required.
  • No experience is required.
  • This position does not require any heavy lifting of patients/no bedside.
  • Paid training.
  • Stable shifts and schedules with early morning hours--no afternoon or evening hours.
  • Fast-paced environment.

  • One year’s experience in behavioral health preferred.
