About The Position
INTEGRIS Health Medical Group is hiring a full-time, day-shift LPN for its Metro Float Pool Outpatient Clinic in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The LPN delivers patient care using the nursing process under physician supervision, demonstrates population-specific competencies, and follows applicable National Patient Safety Goals. The position supports INTEGRIS Health’s mission to partner with people to live healthier lives.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the assessment and reassessment of patients.
- Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating appropriate patient care interventions.
- Monitor for signs and symptoms related to abnormal laboratory values and deviations from baseline assessments.
- Report changes in patient status to the physician and initiate new physician orders as directed.
- Promote patient satisfaction and maintain patient confidentiality.
