Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington and have a current Washington State LPN license in good standing.
• 1-year experience working in a care setting.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic charting.
• Experience working with mental health & chemical dependency clients.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Knowledge of local resources and services for individuals who are homeless or low-income and those experiences chronic behavioral health challenges or having histories of involvement in legal system(s).

Responsibilities

• Providing quality health care services to all clients including managing somatic conditions and medical needs.
• Communicating with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocol and course.
• Creating a favorable group climate for the effective treatment of each enrolled client.
• Performing clinical tasks to support the provision of quality and cost-effective medical services to behavioral health clients.
