About The Position
Freedom Caregivers is seeking an LPN to join their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to utilize nursing knowledge and experience in a non-medical home care environment, providing greater flexibility, work-life balance, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with clients and caregivers. The position involves caregiver oversight, caregiver training, client support, care plan development, and care coordination. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and eager to apply their nursing experience in a new capacity, away from the traditional bedside nursing environment.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Basic computer/tech knowledge and ability to use EMR for documentation
Responsibilities
- Support non-medical home care services through caregiver oversight
- Provide caregiver training
- Offer client support
