Requirements
- Full Time, Part-Time, PRN Schedule: Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- License: Active Maryland LPN license
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to resident's daily care
- Communicate changes in condition and care, clearly and compassionately with residents and their families
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to support resident health and care plans
- Support, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to nursing assistants
