About The Position
Freedom Square of Seminole is an upscale Senior Living Community located in Seminole, Florida. It is designed like a quaint town square with paved brick streets and a welcoming gazebo, offering a variety of residential options, exceptional services, amenities, and a full calendar of activities. As a life care community, Freedom Square allows residents to age in place, transitioning seamlessly from independent living to assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. The community is seeking patient-centered LPNs to care for residents in an elegant, upscale Senior Living Community set within a 15-acre certified wildlife habitat. The role requires individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and are held to a high standard of providing extraordinary care and accountability.
Requirements
- Current nursing license with the state of Florida.
Nice To Haves
- 6 months nursing experience, preferred
- Geriatric involvement preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medication and treatments to residents of our healthcare center.
- Assist with admission and discharge process.
- Keep physician and family aware of change(s) in resident condition.
- Make rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
- Assure continuity of services and care.
