About The Position

Goodwin Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Evening Shift. This role is responsible for medication administration, resident assessment, and care coordination. The LPN will document nursing interventions, communicate with physicians and healthcare team members, provide oversight to Care Partners, and develop resident care plans. Requirements

Must be a graduate of an approved RN program.
Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.
Must have current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.
Document nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicate information to physician and other Health Team members.
Provide direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.
Develop short and long term goals and Care Plans for residents.
