About The Position
Winding Trails Post Acute is hiring LPNs for 12-hour shifts. We are a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents feel like family. The role involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services, which may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Nice To Haves
- SNF/LTC experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
