About The Position
We’re looking for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our amazing team in Ohio! At our long-term care community, you’ll do more than provide nursing care—you’ll build meaningful relationships, make residents feel valued, and become an important part of their everyday lives.
Requirements
- Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Passion for caring for others
- Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
- Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing.
- Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing at all times.
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience is a plus—but a caring attitude is a must!
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, families, and our interdisciplinary team
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
