About The Position

Our BAYADA Delaware County Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse who has a passion for nursing to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role involves providing one-on-one client care in their homes, building client relationships, and observing their milestones. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state MAR-EPA-RX

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
