About The Position
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you are key in the success of operations and compassionate patient care every day. This role involves promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, performing various treatment procedures, and providing physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, friends, and families. The LPN will also supervise assigned team members, administer medication, give/receive relevant reports, ensure concise and complete documentation using a computerized medical record, and ensure clinical areas are properly supplied and exam rooms are available and stocked.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing or ASN/BSN in Nursing
- Current licensure in State of New York as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

Responsibilities
