Requirements

  • Current Ohio LPN license
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide and oversee exceptional nursing care for residents
  • Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Supervise and support STNAs
  • Respond to changes in resident conditions and coordinate appropriate care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Advocate for residents and their individual care needs
