About The Position
Northland Heights is looking to hire Full Time LPN's for the 7am-3pm and 11pm-7am shifts. In this position, our LPN's provide nursing care to residents, supervise direct care staff, and offer assistance in a way that makes residents feel genuinely cared for. Responsibilities include observing and reporting changes in resident status to the primary care provider and the Director of Nursing, and documenting these interactions and observations according to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state approved school of vocational, practical or professional Nursing program.
- Current PA Nursing license, in good standing.
- Good physical and mental health, producing upon hire, and as required, a satisfactory examination from a physician or equivalent indicating that the individual is free from any health impairment which is of potential risk to residents, or which might interfere with the performance of the individual's duties.
- Produce a PPD (Mantoux) skin test or blood test for tuberculosis and immunization records as required.
