About The Position

Brookdale is hiring an LPN to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The role monitors resident care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans, documents responses to care, administers medications, and maintains the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems and procedures.
