About The Position
Provides a broad range of paraprofessional social services and nursing duties to clients and their families. Conducts client intakes, participates in treatment team planning. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. May perform case management duties.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Georgia LPN license with no limitations.
- Must also be proficient in the use of a computer.
- Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points.
Responsibilities
- Full time: 7 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Thursday.
- Ability to identify medication.
- Ability to assist physician.
- Ability to convey patient’s information to physician.
- Skill in routine medical procedures, i.e. giving injections, measuring temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, etc.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records of treatments, medications, symptoms, and patient conditions.
