Catholic Health's Home Care and Good Shepherd Hospice teams are seeking compassionate, dedicated LPNs to join their interdisciplinary care teams. Requirements
- LPN License in the state of NY required
- Minimum of one year of recent hands on experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Basic Life Support Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients on their recovery journey at home.
- Provide comfort, dignity, and support through end-of-life care.
- Complete visits beyond assigned caseload for additional compensation.
