About The Position
Highgrove Senior Living is seeking PRN 7am-7pm LPNs to join their exceptional clinical team. Highgrove is a premier senior living community in Tates Creek, Lexington, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused care philosophy
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work a 12-hour day shift (7a–7p)
- Every other weekend required
- Prior experience in healthcare preferred (but we welcome new grads!)
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility policies
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and dignity
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered environment
- Participate in care planning and contribute to continuous quality improvement
