LPN - Evening Shift

Heritage Hall Nursing & Rehab in Dillwyn is part of our small, close-knit community, where caring for others is personal. Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility

- Experience in long-term care
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care to residents, especially during evenings and nights.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
- Make independent decisions.
