About The Position

LPN Med Rated St. Peter's Hospital, Albany, Full Time You will assist in delivering care, including assessing needs, planning and meetings the needs of patients in the Medical Surgical unit.

Requirements

• Current NYS LPN license
• BLS
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkers

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient care with the care team
• Maintain Patient Safety and clean, safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
• Promotes and supports an organized work environment
• Under the supervision of the RN provides quality nursing care focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience
