About The Position
Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. The role involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, which may include supervising nurse assistants, administering medications, and performing treatments. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Nice To Haves
- SNF/LTC experience a plus!
