About The Position
Home Care Agency is looking for caring, compassionate LPNs to join their team. This position involves providing hands-on bowel program care through digital stimulation and/or suppository insertion to clients, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment. The role requires providing ADLs after bowel and bladder care, observing, assessing, documenting, and reporting patient response to treatment to the RN Supervisor, investigating and resolving patient/family concerns, and ensuring the highest quality of care by reviewing documentation.
Requirements
- Must possess a current, unencunbranced, active state license to practice as an LPN
- Have experience providing bowel and bladder care and suppository insertion
- Have reliable transportation
- Superior listening, processing, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
Nice To Haves
- Digital stimulation & suppository experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide bowel stimulation to patients and suppository insertion
- Provide ADL’s to clients after completion of bowel and bladder care
- Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment to RN Supervisor
- Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
- Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentations
