About The Position
Skylake Post Acute is seeking a Part-Time LPN to join their team in Thornton, Colorado. This role involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, which may include supervising nurse assistants, administering medications, and performing treatments. Skylake Post Acute is one of the largest skilled nursing facilities in Colorado, specializing in rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care.
Requirements
- Current, unencunbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus!
