About The Position
Shelby Gardens Senior Living in Cordova is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our resident care team. As an LPN at Shelby Gardens, you will help ensure our residents receive attentive, high-quality care in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Current Tennessee LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
- A genuine passion for caring for older adults
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification preferred
- Senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other members of the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and support direct-care team members
- Respond to resident needs with patience, professionalism, and compassion
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment
