Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking Full-Time LPNs to join their team. The role involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, which may include supervising nurse assistants, administering medications, and performing treatments. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants
- Medication passes and treatments
