About The Position
Skylake Post Acute is hiring full-time LPNs for various 8-hour shifts, including 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am. We are looking for candidates for a full-time 2pm-10pm shift with a rotating weekend schedule or a Sunday-Thursday schedule. Requirements
- Current, unencunbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants
- Medication passes and treatments
