About The Position
Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is hiring LPNs for PRN shifts. We specialize in 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation, offering state-of-the-art private recovery suites. We aim to make our staff feel valued and provide a fun environment with a great team.
Requirements
- Current, unencundered license to practice as an LPN in CO
Nice To Haves
- Experience in post-acute or in a skilled nursing facility a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments
