About the Role: As a Night 7p-7a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents under the supervision of our nursing leadership team. Your duties will include: Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring Conducting assessments and documenting patient progress in accordance with our established policies and procedures Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident care and services Collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida
• Ongoing education and training to maintain licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care

Responsibilities
