About The Position

Highgrove Senior Living is seeking Full-Time 7pm-7am LPNs to join their exceptional clinical team. Highgrove is a premier senior living community in Tates Creek, Lexington, featuring independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements

• Current LPN license in good standing
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused care philosophy
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work a 12-hour day shift (7p–7a)
• Every other weekend required
• Prior experience in healthcare preferred (but we welcome new grads!)

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility policies
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and dignity
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered environment
• Participate in care planning and contribute to continuous quality improvement
