Requirements
- LPN or RN from an accredited university nursing school licensed through the Colorado Board Of Nursing.
- 1-2 years experience as a Methadone Dispensing Nurse.
- Phlebotomy experience and/or certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in administering schedule II Narcotics.
- Phlebotomy certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide Methadone dosing and related services.
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Clinical Manager.
- Responsible for the safe and efficient dispensing and administering of Methadone to opioid-dependent clients.
- Documentation of medical and clinical records and observations.
- Record keeping regarding Methadone inventory and control.
- Work in close coordination with other treatment team members.
