About The Position
Red Cliffs Post Acute is hiring LPNs for part-time and/or PRN positions. The facility prides itself on working together to provide patient-centered care to its residents and is looking to expand its team to ensure the highest level of care. The role involves joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of both residents and colleagues.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants
- Medication passes and treatments
