About The Position
Boulder Post Acute is hiring LPNs to join their team in Boulder, CO. They offer a positive and supportive work environment where staff feel valued and can build strong relationships with patients and colleagues. The role involves providing direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments, and may involve supervising nursing assistants.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants
- Medication passes and treatments
