About The Position
Boulder Post Acute is hiring Full-Time LPNs to provide excellent care to their senior population. They offer an environment where you can get to know your patients and team members, joining a team of caring, compassionate staff. The role involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, which may include supervising nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants
