About The Position

Raleigh General Hospital is seeking an LPN – Wound Care to join their team. This is a full-time, in-person position. As a vital member of the healthcare team, the LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, adhering to scope and standards of practice. The role involves caring for a diverse patient population, from neonates to older adults, and requires access to various types of patient health information. Employees should be aware of potential occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens and other hazards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an LPN program
• Current LPN to practice in the state of WV
• BCLS (Health Care Provider)

Responsibilities

• As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.
