About The Position

The LPN Weekend Option at Aspen Trace is a vital position that ensures the highest quality of care for our residents during the weekends. This role involves providing nursing care, administering medications, and monitoring patient health to promote optimal recovery and well-being. The LPN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Additionally, the LPN will serve as a key point of contact for residents and their families, addressing concerns and providing education about health management. Requirements

Current LPN license in the state of practice.
Certification in CPR and First Aid.
Critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions and make informed decisions regarding care.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing clear instructions to residents and their families.
Organizational skills to manage multiple patient care tasks efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
Basic knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Familiarity with EHR systems to enhance the LPN's ability to document care accurately and streamline communication within the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
