About The Position
Vancouver Clinic is hiring an LPN for our fast-paced Urology team. Join a dynamic environment where your clinical skills make a real impact! The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workflow while following established protocols and policies. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Washington State or Multi-State LPN license.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification.

Responsibilities
- Performing clinical procedures such as catheter exchanges, cystoscopies, cystoscopies with Botox, vasectomies, and prostate biopsies
- Rooming patients and assisting with procedures
- Coordinating patient care
- Communicating clinician recommendations to patients
