About The Position
Responsible for core duties of the LPN Supervisor/Unit Manager role within the organization.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident care in conjunction with Director of Nursing.
- Oversees and exercises effective decision making to maximize best clinical outcome for residents.
- Maintain a high level of clinical competency, including on-going awareness of clinical best practices to align to regulatory requirements and organizations strategic plans.
- Oversees and audits the completion of documentation and reporting related to regulatory and organizational requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
