The LPN Unit Coordinator provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing care delivered to residents by nursing assistants. This role must adhere to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility, as directed by the Director of Nursing or RN Supervisor, to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.
