LPN Treatment Nurse - $5,000 sign-on bonus - Weekend 12-hour day shift
About The Position
White Oak Kings Mountain is seeking a dependable and passionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide wound care to our residents on Saturdays and Sundays. This part-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in three installments throughout the first year of employment. The role involves working 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 7 PM. We provide a competitive wage scale based on experience, weekend shift differentials, paid time off after 90 days, holiday premium pay, one-on-one training, opportunities for career growth, and annual merit reviews within a supportive work culture. White Oak Kings Mountain is a 154-bed Skilled Long Term Care and Short Term Rehabilitation facility.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina LPN license in good standing.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work professionally with residents, families, staff, and physicians.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
