About The Position
Join our incredible team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Thoracic Surgery. Our Thoracic program features state-of-the-art technologies and facilities and has a collaborative team model approach as each member of the team works closely together providing advanced patient care. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) assist in providing excellent patient care by assisting physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in medical office settings. Performs a variety of patient care duties within the construct of a multidisciplinary patient care team as delegated by the physician.
Requirements
- Graduate of a practical or vocational nursing program and High school or Equivalent
- Current, valid Arizona LPN license or compact state LPN/LVN license
- BLS certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in medical office settings.
- Perform a variety of patient care duties within the construct of a multidisciplinary patient care team as delegated by the physician.
