About The Position

Brookdale Dr. Phillips is looking for an LPN Supervisor. Brookdale is seeking a compassionate and motivated LPN who is ready to grow beyond direct patient care and develop into a clinical leader. As an LPN Supervisor, you will work alongside an experienced leadership team to oversee resident care, coach caregivers, and help ensure residents receive exceptional service daily.
