LPN Supervisor Assisted Living
About The Position
This is a supervisory position in assisted living. We are looking for a customer-oriented nurse. The nurse will be responsible for assisting with medications when needed, assessing residents, and working with physicians to ensure residents receive the best healthcare possible. The nurse will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring great customer service is provided. The nurse will be responsible for assisting in admissions and discharges and responding to residents' needs in a timely manner with the memory care residents' families. Some of these tasks will include assessment, care, planning, audits, family council, and involvement.

- Must have weekend availability (for both Full Time and Part Time positions)
