About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Fayetteville, NC office for the summer season. The role focuses on providing high-quality, compassionate, excellent, and reliable care to clients in their homes. Private duty nursing involves working full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client, often with short commutes to nearby locations. Nurses will manage various diagnoses including TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. LPNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools possess transferable skills suitable for this one-to-one client care setting.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (indicated by school transcript or diploma).
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Directly transferable skills from hospitals, long-term care, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes.
• Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client.
