Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the physician/provider, provides nursing care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Responsible for delivery of optimal resident care through collaboration with all disciplines and the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Directs and guides resident and family teaching and activities of STNA while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
- Promotes a safe, caring, home-like environment for the resident and families.
