Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state
- Current CPR certification (in-person only)
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
Nice To Haves
- Experience with trach/vent patients (training and support provided for those without)
- Comfortable taking on cases with complex medical needs
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages, while supporting families and ensuring safe, high-quality care.
- Support skill growth for those new to or returning to trach/vent care.
